As a Registered Massage Therapist I understand body movement and implement Pilates as a form of rehabilitation to correct posture, repair injury, and strengthen the core.
Pilates is not a "one size fits all" form of exercise and that's why I want to personalize each program for you and what your body wants and needs to feel its best!

Working closely with your physiotherapist to design the safest and most effective Pilates program for you. Pilates can help rehabilitate an injury, improve posture, reduce tension, manage pain, and improve sport performance. You do not have to be a patient to try Pilates. Insurance coverage available.

I became a Certified Mat Pilates instructor in 2007.
In 2017 I became Stott Pilates Certified on the reformer.
In 2018 I became Stott Pilates trained on the Cadillac.
I am an active individual and Pilates has given me the muscle stability, endurance and strength to continue my activities injury free with proper alignment, flexibility and balance.
My background in dance gave me the exposure to Pilates as a form of fitness to lengthen and strengthen the muscles without building bulk.
As a Registered Massage Therapist, I love Pilates for injury prevention, postural improvement and for individuals who are recovering from injuries. I especially love teaching on the reformer!
