As a Registered Massage Therapist I understand body movement and implement Pilates as a form of rehabilitation to correct posture, repair injury, and strengthen the core stabilizers.

Pilates is not a "one size fits all" form of exercise and that's why I want to personalize each program for you and what your body wants and needs to feel its best! 

Just as your favourite barista will prepare your cafe drink just how you like it, I promise that your experience with me will be just as individualized.

As a Stott certified instructor, programming focuses on optimal musculoskeletal performance- strength, flexibility and endurance, without risking injury or building bulk

The result is a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalized, and moves with ease.

Working closely with your physiotherapist to design the safest and most effective Pilates program for you.  Pilates can help rehabilitate an injury, improve posture, reduce tension, manage pain, and improve sport performance. You do not have to be a patient to try Pilates.

Your Instructor: Krista Dicks

I became a Certified Mat Pilates instructor in 2007.

In 2017 I became Stott Pilates Certified on the reformer. 

My background in dance gave me the exposure to Pilates as a form of fitness to lengthen and strengthen the muscles without building bulk.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, I love Pilates for injury prevention, postural improvement and for individuals who are recovering from injuries. I especially love teaching on the reformer!
