Techniques I want learn: Muscle Energy Technique (MET), Acupuncture, Cranio-Sacral Technique, Facial Gua Sha and somehow learn to play the "therapist" role where I get to ask blunt questions to clients and get honest answers in order help reset a victim mindset towards healing and getting unstuck.

During the week I have between a 20-40 minute commute each way and I love listening to podcasts if I am not listening to an audio book.
My husband and I are going to Peru in September to hike the Lares Trek to Machu Picchu with G Adventures
We are both in good shape but, we want to enjoy it and minimize the risk of injury as well as minimize potential altitude sickness
We currently train 20-40 minutes of cardio 2-4 times a week and work on Core stability
Leg and Back Days with focus on endurance and strength for hiking and carrying a day pack
Yoga twice a week while wearing a training mask to help my body use its limited oxygen supply efficiently. I am hoping this helps with the altitude changes and minimal side effects. Technically you should use this mask during cardio training.
